1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Eleviq Growth Studio website and provide general terms for discussions and services. A project may also be governed by a separate proposal, quotation, statement of work or agreement.

2. Services

Eleviq Growth Studio provides customized digital services including content creation, website creation, performance marketing and AI automation. Exact deliverables, timelines, responsibilities and fees are agreed for each project.

3. Consultation & Scope

Initial discussions are used to understand the requirement. No project is considered approved until the scope and commercial terms have been mutually agreed.

4. Pricing & Payment

Pricing is consultation-based. Payment terms, deposits, milestones and applicable taxes or third-party costs will be communicated before work begins. Online payments may be accepted where offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, access to required accounts/assets and feedback necessary to complete the agreed work.

6. Timelines & Revisions

Timelines depend on scope, client responsiveness, approvals and third-party dependencies. The number and nature of revisions should be defined in the project scope. Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Projects may involve third-party platforms, advertising networks, hosting providers, APIs, AI tools or software. Their availability, pricing, policies and performance are outside Eleviq's direct control.

8. Intellectual Property

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables, source files, third-party assets, templates, software and pre-existing materials will be determined by the applicable project agreement and payment status. Third-party licenses remain subject to their own terms.

9. Performance & Results

Digital marketing, advertising and automation involve external factors. We do not guarantee a specific revenue, lead, ranking, advertising or business result unless a specific written commitment says otherwise.

10. Termination

Either party may request cancellation of an ongoing service subject to the applicable project agreement. Work completed, committed costs and approved third-party expenses remain payable as applicable.

11. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eleviq will not be responsible for indirect losses caused by third-party outages, platform changes, inaccurate client information, unauthorized account activity or events outside reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of India, subject to the final agreement between the parties and applicable jurisdiction.
